FAQ — Common course questions

Are these self-paced CE Courses approved for credit?

Yes!  Our Self-Paced CE Courses are approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission for use as DL (Distance Learning) education to be completed entirely on your own from your home or office computer or similar device.  

How long do I have access after I buy a course?

Once a 15 Credit Bundle is purchased students will have a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase to complete all courses.

Do I get a certificate or credit after completing a course?

Yes!  CE courses include a certificate, you can earn it by completing each course’s requirements. All course material must be completed in order to earn CE Credit.   Maryland Continuing Education credit will be submitted to the MD Real Estate Commission Dept of Labor portal the next business day after completion of a course. (Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm)

What is your refund policy for Self-Paced CE Courses?

If a course is not a fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase date as long as course is less than 50% complete.  We may ask for basic details so we can process your request and improve the offer.

How do I enroll, or can I gift a bundle to someone else?

To enroll, choose your course or courses and complete checkout, then you’ll see it in your account right away. If you have not created an account you must do that in order to begin.  For gifting, contact us with the recipient’s name and email and we’ll help you set it up.

How can I contact Elite Learning Academy with questions?

Do I have to take a course all at once?

Self-Paced CE Courses allow you to start and stop as needed without losing progress.  Once you start a quiz you will need to finish it in one sitting before stepping away.  Leaving in the middle of a quiz or exam could cause progress to be lost.

What is the schedule for self-paced CE Courses?

Self-Paced (Distance Learning) courses do not follow any schedule other than your own.  Simply log on and work on courses as your schedule allows.  Please remember though, in the State of Maryland all CE Credits must be completed atleast 30 days prior to your license expiration date to avoid fines at renewal.
