FAQ — Common bundle questions
What does a bundle include?
A bundle includes multiple courses (15 MD CE Credits) grouped together at a reduced total price. Each course comes with its lessons and any included downloads shown on the course page. There are specific bundles designed for any real estate license status in Maryland.
How long do I have access after I buy a bundle?
Once a 15 Credit Bundle is purchased students will have a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase to complete all courses.
Do I get a certificate or credit after completing a bundle?
Yes! CE courses include a certificate, you can earn it by completing each course’s requirements. All course material must be completed in order to earn CE Credit. Maryland Continuing Education credit will be submitted to the MD Real Estate Commission Dept of Labor portal the next business day after completion of a course. (Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm) Credits are not reported on weekends or holidays.
What is your refund policy for bundles?
If a bundle is not a fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase date as long as course is less than 50% complete. We may ask for basic details so we can process your request and improve the offer.
How do I enroll, or can I gift a bundle to someone else?
To enroll, choose your bundle and complete checkout, then you’ll see it in your account right away. If you have not created an account you must do that in order to begin. For gifting, contact us with the recipient’s name and email and we’ll help you set it up.
